Female Patient of age 53 having osteoarthritis ( prominent gap between knee joint in X-ray) ...using medications but relief is temporary...kindly suggest best solution for this and best supplements too...patient has low Hb level also...

My 3 year old has these bump type of pimples on her neck. They are not garmi danei. Please guide on what they may be.

I am having a mild acne on face. The skin specialist prescribed me IsoTrex gel, but since it was no where to be found an alternate was provided to me by a pharmacist Duac gel (by stiefel). I applied it once on the affected area and my face has swollen and itching badly. Further the medicine contain benzoyl peroxide which once earlier as well I had same reaction too. Kindly guide as to what can be done to nullify the reaction.
